Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, The district directorate of PZ informs

The police force on the occasion of " International Day for the Elimination of Violence against WomenReconstruction of the technical monument of the transformer station in the village of Častá, which we commemorate the day every year 25. November, draws attention to violence against women, which concerns us all. They should be remembered on this symbolic day, that every woman and her children deserve to live a full life in a safe environment.

The goal of the annual campaign is to draw attention to the fact, that despite the long-term efforts of civil society and international and national institutions, violence against women is still one of the most widespread forms of violation of their human rights and interference with human dignity.
